Calvary Preschool Policies

Refund and Tuition Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable.

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by July 15th and given the opportunity to enroll in a different class or withdraw your child from the program.

September tuition is due July 1, and is REQUIRED to complete the enrollment process. Non-payment by the due date will result in your child being placed on a wait list.

Immunization Policy

All students must have proof of immunization.  Calvary Preschool does not allow religious or personal immunization exemptions.  

If a child is unable to receive a vaccine for medical reasons, a signed medical exemption form from the physician must accompany the signed immunization form.  

State law mandates that students cannot attend classes until proof of immunizations has been submitted.  Please use the Colorado immunization form.  

If your doctor provides you immunization information on another form, you may be asked to transcribe the information onto the approved form.

Toilet Training Policy

Children in our younger 2 year old classrooms do NOT
have to be potty-trained. Students in all other classes (2.5+ years old) must be fully potty trained, which includes being able to clean themselves.
