The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. September tuition is refunded ONLY if:
a class cancels due to low enrollment OR your family is relocated out of the
Colorado Springs vicinity (i.e. military deployment or job relocation). If a class cancels
due to low enrollment, you will be given the opportunity to choose a different class.

Our young 2 year old classes do not have to be potty trained. All other classes (2.5+ years) must be fully potty trained (not in Pull-Ups), which includes being able to take care of cleaning themselves.

All students are required to submit proof of up-to-date immunizations before they attend class. This is a state licensing requirement. Calvary Preschool does not allow immunization exemptions for personal or religious reasons. Medical exemptions are allowed with a written statement detailing the reason for exemption from the child’s doctor. This information must be submitted prior to attending class. Additionally, all students must submit a current (within the last 12 months) health appraisal at the time of enrollment.

At this time (June 2024), the COVID-19 vaccine is not required.

A sibling discount (10% off the additional child’s tuition) is available
for families enrolling more than one student.

We do! All children, who are 4 years old by October 1, in the year before they are eligible for kindergarten, are eligible to participate in UPK regardless of income or other factors. You can find more information on the UPK website.
