Nicole Lommel

I was born and raised on a farm in North Dakota. After graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a degree in Music Education, I married my husband. Because of his career in the Army, we've lived and lead many adventures in North Carolina, California, Kentucky, and Colorado. We have three children that keep us very busy with their activities. Some of those include hockey, soccer, swim, gymnastics, orchestra, and band. When at home, we love to cook and hang out on our backyard deck with our two Vizsla pups and our chickens! Some of my favorite hobbies are reading, baking, and going to coffee shops.

 I began working in Early Childhood in 2006 and have taught in many different states since then. Along the way, I have continued to learn and develop in this field and am excited and encouraged to bring that knowledge into the Assistant Director role to support our students and our teachers here at Calvary Preschool. I thank God for this opportunity and feel blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing staff and our wonderful families.

What I love about Preschool: Every day is an adventure! You never know what they are going to say or when they will have that "lightbulb moment." Preschoolers make leaps and bounds in their social, emotional, and educational growth in just one year, and I am so grateful to be a part of it.
