Nicole Lommel

I was born and raised in North Dakota. Most of my and my husband's family reside there or in Minnesota, so we spend many of our summers going back to visit. After graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a degree in Music Education, I married my husband, Matthew. He is in the Army, so since we've been married, we've lived in North Carolina, California, Colorado, Kentucky, and now here we are back in Colorado! We have three children, Emelia (15), Owen (13) and Alivia (8) that keep us very busy with their activities, including hockey, soccer, swim, gymnastics, orchestra and band. When at home, we love to cook and hang out on our backyard deck with our two Vizsla pups, Oliver & Banks and our chickens! Some of my favorite hobbies are reading, baking, and going to coffee shops.

Every day is an adventure! You never know what they are going to say or what "lightbulb moment" they will have. Preschoolers make leaps and bounds in their social, emotional, and educational growth in just one year, and I am so blessed to watch and be a part of it.
